To insert/embed a picture/image that is already on the internet, just type, or, copy and paste:

Replace the red text with the internet address of the picture/image.

    Adding a live website link in a message

To add a website link, type or copy and paste:

<a href="address of website here">Name of website here</a>

Replace the red text with the internet address of the website and replace the blue text with the name of the website.
